Terms of use

1. The service and the provider

lnkz.tr turns long web addresses into short links, and optionally offers click statistics, a suggestion engine and API access. Creating short links on the website is free; API usage consumes credits.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys. Your API password is shown only once at creation; if it is lost you must generate a new key. If you notice unauthorised use, revoke the key immediately from the dashboard.

3. Prohibited use

Short links must not point to:

• Phishing, fraud or malware distribution
• Content that infringes copyright
• Illegal goods or services
• Any material involving the exploitation of children
• Hate speech, incitement to violence or harassment
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) campaigns

Links breaching these rules are disabled without notice and the account may be suspended.

4. Credits and payment

Credits are bought in packages, never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. Consumption follows the tariff published on the pricing page. Credits spent on operations that fail for technical reasons are refunded automatically.

As a digital product, credits fall outside the right of withdrawal once used. Entirely unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, infrastructure failure or force majeure. We accept no liability for indirect losses arising from downtime.

6. Link persistence

Short links keep working unless you delete them or they are found to breach these terms. Deleting your account also deletes the links attached to it.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced to your registered email address before they take effect.

8. Disputes and contact

Use the contact page for any questions, or reach us on 0850 532 59 20 or WhatsApp. Disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bursa, Türkiye.
