Delivery method

Once your payment is approved, the credit package you purchased is automatically added to the credit balance of your lnkz.tr account. The top-up is shown on the Credits page of your panel and in your credit history, and a notification is sent to your registered email address.

Delivery time

  • For credit / debit card payments, credits are usually loaded instantly upon payment approval and in any case within 24 hours.
  • Under Turkish law, delivery may never exceed 30 days.

Using credits

Credits are spent on creating short links via the API and on AI features, according to the tariff published on the Pricing page. Credits never expire. Creating short links on the website is free and does not require credits.

If delivery fails

If your payment was approved but the credits were not added to your account, contact us at 0850 532 59 20 or [email protected]. If the service cannot be provided for a reason attributable to us, the amount you paid is refunded in full.
