Cancelling an order

Orders whose payment was not completed incur no charge. For paid and entirely unused credit packages, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund: send an email with the subject "Refund Request" from your registered email address to [email protected], or call 0850 532 59 20. Your request is reviewed within 2 business days at the latest and you are informed in writing.

Right of withdrawal

As a digital product, credits fall outside the right of withdrawal once their use has started, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. For entirely unused packages, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days and the full amount paid is refunded.

Refundable cases

Withdrawal within 14 days for an entirely unused package,
Duplicate payment for the same order,
Credits not being loaded to the account despite payment, for a reason attributable to the Seller,
Charging an incorrect amount.

Credits spent on operations that fail for technical reasons are returned to your balance automatically, without a request.

Refund process

Approved refund requests are processed within 14 days at the latest of receipt, and the relevant credits are deducted from the balance.
Refunds are made to the card used for payment via PayTR. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days for the amount to appear on your card account. For instalment payments, the refund may be reflected in instalments according to your bank's practice.
